Utilization Possibilities of the Gallery and Museum Animations in the Program of the Permanent Exhibition of the Municipal Museum in Tyn nad Vltavou

The work examines possibilities of using gallery and museum animation in the permanent exhibition of Týn nad Vltavou's Town Museum. The theoretical part defines the basic terms like animation, experience, enjoyment, exhibit, collection item, museum item, museum, museum education, educational goals, contents of museum education, methods of museum education, organizational forms of museum education, planning, educational program preparation, gallery animation, methodical structure of gallery animation, typological breakdown of gallery himation The practical part contains three different programs, confirmed in practice, in which I presented live form of the exhibition to the children. The first program is based on museum animation and its theme is the history of rafting on the Vltava River in Týn nad Vltavou. The participants were creating small wooden raft models. The second program is based on gallery animation and its goal is the restoration of paintings. During this animation, the participants painted missing/damaged parts of the reproductions of the paintings from the museum's collections. The third program is in the form of a worksheet inspired by paper guide of the railway museum Spoorwegmuseum in Utrecht, Netherlands and guides visitors throughout the exhibition.

Diploma thesis is comprehensively dealing with an issue of Museum Gardens and possible use of an outdoor space for exhibitions. Its aim is to define the rules and limits for creation of an exhibition in outdoor space based on theoretical background and own research. Important step of thesis was to find the methods for analysis and evaluation of the world museum gardens, which was appropriate for comparison and critical assessment of them. The conclusion of analysis brought especially the knowledge about the ways of presentation of museum exhibits in outdoor space. The results of theoretical and analytical part of thesis were demonstrated on a solution for a specific site - architectural study of park of St. Josef. Design of the chosen site reflects gained knowledge and the results of thesis and also the authors's opinion and approach to this topic. Diploma thesis Museum Gardens is a global work escalating from theory to practical verification of gained knowledge by architectural study of park of St. Josef.

Návrh exponátů pro expozici na hradě v Liticích

At first, this thesis deals with the design of exhibits -- wooden models, which are intended for visitors of the Litice castle and help them to understand how the medieval constructions of vaults and trusses had been made. It contains concepts and 3D visualisations of the following models: the model of formwork for semi-circular barrel vault, the model of formwork for groined vault and the model of the tower-truss. Models are designed for the rising exhibition entitled "Construction of the tower". This thesis also contains a brief history and outline of the constructional development of the Litice castle.
